en اثر عصاره آبی دانه انار بر فعالیت پایه عضله صاف رحم موش صحرایی بکر Pharmacokinetics/Dynamics Pharmacokinetics/Dynamics Experimental research article Experimental research article مقدمه: افزایش قدرت انقباض رحم نقش مهمی در جمع شدگی رحم و کاهش خونریزی پس از زایمان دارد و مطالعات اخیر اثر عصاره الکلی دانه انار را بر قدرت انقباضی رحمی نشان داده است. تاکنون تحقیقی در مورد اثر عصاره آبی روی قدرت انقباض رحمی در بافت ایزوله انجام نشده است . هدف از این تحقیق بررسی اثر تجمعی عصاره آبی دانه انار بر قدرت انقباضی عضله صاف رحمی موش صحرایی بکرمیباشد. روش ها :در یک تحقیق تجربی، روی 12 قطعه میانی رحم موشهای سالم بکر ( Sprague Dawley- 200 تا 250 گرم)، اثر تجمعی عصاره آبی دانه انار(µg/ml 22222 و2222 و222 و 22و2) بر فعالیت پایه عضله صاف رحم بکر، مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. برای مقایسه داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS و روش آماری measure Reapeted ANOVA و (05/0p<) استفاده گردید یافته ها : عصاره آبی به صورت تجمعی و وابسته به دوز(µg/ml 22222-2) ، قدرت انقباضی عضله صاف رحمی را افزایش داد(05/0p<). نتیجه گیری : نظر به این که عصاره آبی دانه انار به صورت تجمعی و وابسته به دوز قدرت انقباضی عضله صاف رحمی را افزایش می دهد ؛ احتمالا میتواند نقش مهمی در کاهش خونریزی پس از زایمان داشته باشد. Introduction: Considering the importance of uterine contractions in uterus retraction and reducing post-partum hemorrhage and the current findings on the effect of the alcoholic extract of pomegranate seed on the uterine contractility, only few studies were made on this issue. In the present study the cumulative effect of the aqueous extract of pomegranate seed on the uterine smooth muscle contractility of virgin rats were studied. Methods: This experimental study was made on 12 strips taken from the middle part of the uterine of rats (Sprague Dawley, weight 200-250 g). During the experiments the cumulative effect of the aqueous extract of pomegranate seed (2, 22, 222, 2222, 22222 μg/ml) on the basal activity of rat uterine muscle was studied. The data were analyzed using repeated measure tests at the significance level of p<0.05. Results: The cumulative effect of different concentrations of the aqueous extract of pomegranate seed significantly increased the contractile response of uterine smooth muscle in a dose-dependent manner (p<0.05).
